Brussels, 20 February 2021 - Middle East Diplomatic - Speaking to the Turkish tv channel CNN-Turk on 16 February 2021, the former head of the Turkish Army General Staff`s Intelligence Department (Genel Kurmay İstihbarat Daire Başkanligi), retired lieutenant general Ismail Hakkı Pekin, advised the Turkish state to assassinate the Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) leaders in Europe.

Pekin also admitted that the murders of the three Kurdish women in Paris in 2013 were a state operation. Kurdish politicians asking Europe to take Pekin’s confession and new threats serious.

Regarding the new assassinations, the retired lieutenant general Pekin said : There must be targeted liquidations of KCK leaders in Iraq, Syria and Europe. They also have their elements in Europe. We have to do something in this direction in Europe. I mean, it was already done once in Paris, but yes.

After Pekins talk in CNN Turk, a journalist from Medya Haber, Baris Poyraz talked to the Turkish general Pekin and asked him the same questions what he said in Turkish media. Pekin repeated the same threats and advised the Turkish-Erdogan state for assassination also in Europe. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ge25BYCUKg

However, general Pekin is not the only Turkish-military or security personal who are advising the Turkish state to assassinate Kurdish KCK leaders also in Europe. Turkish nationalist interior minister Suleyman Soylu newly addressed Brussels in Turkish parliament and former Turkish commander Mete Yarar and advisor of the Turkish-army and supporter of the Turkish president Erdogan Mesut Hakki Casin gave the same advises.

Now Kurds asking to the French judicial authorities to take serious what general Pekin said regarding the assassination of the three Kurdish women in Paris on 9 January 2013 and to open a trial against Turkish state. French President Francois Hollande described the killings as "horrible", while Interior Minister Manuel Valls said they were "surely an execution. Rest assured that French authorities are determined to get to the bottom of these intolerable acts," he said.

Despite that Kurds was handling the Turkish killer Omer Guney over to the French authorities, the murder Guney died in prison on 17 December 2016 just before to appear in court on 23 January 2017.

In a interview with Kurdish media outlet, KCK Executive Council member Zubeyir Aydar underlined that the French and European authorities should take the threats and killing of the three Kurdish women serious.

“Ä°smail Hakkı Pekin is the former Head of the Turkish military General Staff Intelligence Department. After his retirement, Pekin has become active in politics and public life. He knows everything very clearly about the activities of the deep state. Pekin’s confession and threats are important, Europe should take it seriously. This is not the first time that the Turkish authorities confess it. There are already official documents. Previously, during its conflict with the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), the Gülen Movement released voice recordings and documents of the Community (Cemaat) and the National Intelligence Organization (MIT). The confession of Ä°smail Hakkı Pekin also exposes the Turkish state`s policy of assassination. At the election rally in Urfa in March 2014, Erdogan had pointed to his former partner, the Gülen Movement and said, "First, they sabotaged the Oslo Process, then they wanted to arrest the head of the MIT. They also carried out some assassinations in Paris”.

In the same interview with Mr Aydar, Kurdish media wrote following : “In June 2017, Belgian police stopped three suspects in a vehicle in line with information provided by Kurdish sources. This incident led to the resumption of the investigation in Paris. Because the three people in the vehicle were planning the assassination of KONGRA GEL Co-chair Remzi Kartal. One of the suspects was a former Turkish soldier. Another one showed his Turkish police ID.According to information obtained from sources close to the investigation, these two people stayed in Paris with four people of Turkish origin since June 16 2017. One of them is said to be a sniper. According to Kurdish sources, the Belgian police suspect that a senior Turkish diplomat in Paris was coordinating these activities. Belgian authorities launched an investigation since 2017.”

Speaking with anonymity, Kurdish sources told to the Med-Diplomatic that the assassination plan recorded from 2017, were following closely by the Belgium and French authorities in several years and the case will now appear in Brussels court in March 2021.

Recently, a 70 years old Kurdish journalist and writer, Medeni Akgul (Ferho) has been also targeted by Erdogan supported media Sabah. The Belgium citizen Mr Akgul, who is working as journalist since 1970s and living in Belgium since 1992, fear for his life and asking the Belgium austerities to take actions against Turkish state targeting Kurds living in Belgium.
