Brussels, 1st October 2020 - Middle East Diplomatic – Earlier, the 52 years old Belgium artist Delphine Boël call herself as “King’s dirty laundry”, but after long fight, today she became princess of Belgium.
Princes Delphine Boël had to fight many years to be accepted as daughter of hers biological father. We are talking about the extramarital child of Belgium`s former King Albert the II. It was a painful story for Princes Boël, but hers more than seven-years legal fight ended with victory when the Brussel`s court-ordered DNA test has proved she is the biological daughter of former Belgian King Albert II.
In January 2020, just before the Covid 19 started, the King Albert’s lawyer said in a statement that “His Majesty King Albert II has taken note of the results of the DNA sample he submitted at the requests of the Brussels Court of Appeal. The scientific conclusions indicate that he is the biological father or Mrs Delphine Boël,”
But after all “hell” in hers life, the Brussels Court of Appeal decided that from today, 1st October 2020, Delphine Boël, the illegitimate daughter of King Albert II, is officially a princess of Belgium,
Boël was born out of King Albert’s extramarital affair in the 1960s with Baroness Sybille de Selys Longchamps, whose husband was part of a noble family of industrials.
